
I love the taste of popovers. It is good with butter and jam. I tried something different this time. Instead of greasing the muffin pan, I placed cupcake liners in the pan. The popover still tasted great but is was not easy taking off the paper. So I think the next time, I will just grease the pan.

Yields: 12 or 16 popovers
Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 2 cup milk
- 2 cup flour
- 1 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Grease muffin pan. In a bowl, beat eggs, slightly, add milk, flour and salt. Beat until smooth. Do not over beat. Fill muffin pan 3/4 full. Bake for 25 minutes. Lower temperature to 350 degrees and bake 15 minutes longer or until brown.
- Serve with butter or jam.
