Ingredients
- 1/2 cup shortening
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup sour cream or 1 cup of milk and 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 cups flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
Instructions
- Mix together in a bowl, all the ingredients. Grease a tube pan. Pour half of the batter into the tube pan. Then sprinkle half of the toppings. Add the rest of the batter and then add the rest of the topping. Bake for 45 minutes in a 350-degree oven.
