This recipe is great because you can either use bread crumbs or biscuits. My mom usually uses bread crumbs but this time she used the biscuits that she had made the other night, and it was great. Ingredients
1 tall can salmon
1 egg, beaten
5 TBSP milk
1 cup bread crumbs or biscuits
3 TBSP butter, melted
Instructions
In a bowl, mix all the ingredients together. Grease a loaf pan then pour the ingredients into the pan. Place in the oven. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes.

Tilapia Fish Recipe
Ingredients:
2 TBSP butter
1 TBSP lemon juice
1/4 TSP salt
1/4 TSP oregano
Directions:
Melt butter, add lemon juice, salt, and oregano in the pan. Add the tilapia fish. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes.

Meatloaf has been around for a long time. There are so many recipes that one can make. This is the recipe that I grew up with and for some reason, it's the only one that I use. Normally, I don't add green peppers to my meatloaf but I had one that I needed to use so I chopped it up and put it in. It did taste great. While looking through my recipe book, I came across two other meatloaf recipe. One had you using rolled oats and the other had you using potatoes. The great thing is with meatloaf, you can either add or leave out ingredients that you don't want. Hope you enjoy this recipe as much as I do.

2/3 cup Breadcrumbs
1- 8 oz Tomato sauce

In a bowl, mix the Hamburg with milk, bread crumbs, egg, onion, tomato sauce and the green pepper. Make sure it is mixed well. When you are done mixing the ingredients together, place in an 8 x 5 loaf pan. Place pan in the oven, bake at 350 degrees for an hour
