Homemade Meatloaf Recipe

Meatloaf has been around for a long time. There are so many recipes that one can make. This is the recipe that I grew up with and for some reason, it's the only one that I use. Normally, I don't add green peppers to my meatloaf but I had one that I needed to use so I chopped it up and put it in. It did taste great. While looking through my recipe book, I came across two other meatloaf recipe. One had you using rolled oats and the other had you using potatoes. The great thing is with meatloaf, you can either add or leave out ingredients that you don't want. Hope you enjoy this recipe as much as I do.
