
I love banana bread and so does my family. Normally I use a bread pan but I didn't have one so I emphavised and used my cake pan. I think it came out fine. My husband definitely loved it. It came out moist and tasted yummy. Nothing is better then hot banana bread straight from the oven.

Yields: Six people six servings
Ingredients
- 8 tbsp Butter, One stick
- 1 cup Sugar
- 2 large Eggs
- 1/4 cup Milk
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 3 medium Ripe bananas
- 2 cup Flour
- 1tsp Baking Soda
- 1/4 tsp Salt
Instructions
- In a bowl, cream together butter and sugar. Add the eggs, milk, and vanilla extract. Mix together. Then add the ripe bananas. You can either mash the bananas or cut them in chunks. Measure in the flour, baking soda and salt.
- When all the ingredients are stirred together well, pour in a greased 8 x 5 loaf or bread pan. Bake at 350 degrees for about 50 minutes or until done. Take out of the oven and let cool.
